Cooking Ingredients:
- 250 gm chopped and blanched Cabbage.
- 2 finely chopped green chili.
- Add 2 tomatoes shredded.
- 1 spoon salt.
- 1 spoon vinegar.
- 1 teaspoon sesame.
- 1-2 teaspoon cooking oil.
- 4-6 strands of garlic.
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder.
- 3 spoon rice flour.
- Shredded coriander.
Cooking Instruction:
- Boil green chilli, cabbage and tomatoes in water adding salt.
- Add 1 spoon vinegar and smash it thoroughly.
- Add 1-2 spoons of cooking oil in pan. Cook on low flame.
- Add 4-5 strands of garlic, cumin and sesame to it.
- Cool down. Add green chili, cabbage and tomatoes mix to mixer and grind thoroughly.
- Add veggie mix to cooking pan. Bind it thoroughly.
- Add water and boil at low flame.
- Mix 3-4 spoons rice flour to 1 cup water.
- Add it to pool. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander on it.
- Serve hot to 2-3 people.

- Chop cauliflower and potato in small dices.
- Clean and blanch cauliflower and potato for 3-4 min in boiling water adding salt.
- Add 1-2 glasses of water to steamer.
- Pre-heat steamer before starting to cook recipe.

- Avoid adding red-chili powder to recipe.
- Adding sesame to recipe helps promote weight loss.
