Homemade Green Chili Sauce

- Dry roast 3-4 green chili on tawa or pan.
- Add unpeeled garlic whole to pool.
- Let it cook on low flame for 3-4 min.
- Cool down, peel and chop into pieces.
- Add garlic and green chili to mixer. Add some water and salt to make paste or thick mix.
Homemade Caramelized Sugar Syrup

- Add 2-3 spoons sugar to pan.
- Melt and caramelize it on low flame.
- Add pinch of salt, 1 spoon vinegar and water to it.
- Heat it on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
Hot and Sour Vegetable Soup Recipe

Cooking Ingredients:
- 250 gm boiled and chopped green peas, carrot, cabbage, capsicum.
- 1 teaspoon cooking oil
- 2 teaspoon vinegar. We used chings secret chili vinegar for recipe.
- 1 teaspoon whole cumin.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- Homemade garlic-green chili mix. (Recipe mentioned above).
- Homemade caramelized sugar syrup. (Recipe mentioned above).
- 1 small cube Amul Butter or any other butter.
- 1 teaspoon soya flour/ corn flour or All-purpose flour mixed in water.
Vegetable Soup Cooking Method:
- Add 1 spoon oil in pan. Heat it on low flame.
- Add salt, whole cumin to pan.
- Add boiled vegetable mix to pan.
- Add 1 teaspoon vinegar. Wet and mix vegetables thoroughly for 1-2 minutes.
- Smash vegetables in pan with samsher.
- Add chili-garlic mix to recipe. (Recipe mentioned above).
- Add caramelized syrup to add flavor to recipe. (Recipe mentioned above).
- Mix well. Add some water. Apply lid and let it cook on low flame for 4-5 min.
- Add 1 teaspoon soya flour/ corn flour or All-purpose flour mixed in water.
- Let it boil for 3-4 minutes.
- Add cube of butter serve hot.
